
Lance grows soybeans, corn, wheat, alfalfa, native hay, brome, sorghum and hay near Onaga, Kansas. He and his wife, Debra, also operate a farrow-to-finish swine operation and raise beef cattle with his brother, son, daughter and nephews. At Rezac Land and Livestock, they prioritize doing a better job with the resources they have. Lance holds a bachelor’s degree in Ag Engineering from Kansas State University. This is his eighth year on the United Soybean Board, and he serves on the Audit and Evaluation Committees and the Demand Action Team in the Innovation and Technology priority area and has served on the Audit and Evaluation Committee. In addition to his work with USSEC, Lance is involved in the Onaga Lions Club, Kansas Soybean Association and the Kansas Soybean Commission. In his spare time, he enjoys vacationing in the Caribbean and serving as a member in the Congregational Church in Onaga. Lance and his wife Debra have three children and four grandchildren.
