Raquel Hansen has worked for more than 25 years in the non-GMO and organic agriculture and food industry. Her primary focus was sales to domestic and international markets of soybeans, corn, sunflowers, and their derivative ingredients. However, she holds broad knowledge of the entire supply chain and market. She has experience in whole grains and oilseeds, food ingredient manufacturing and consumer packaged goods.

Raquel lives in southern Minnesota, farming with her husband and son. She is a fifth-generation farmer, farming primarily corn and soybeans, including Identity Preserved grains to add diversity to their farming operation. As an individual with a lifelong commitment to agriculture, with both personal and professional experience in specialty grains, she understands the steps and importance of maintaining identity preservation from the roots to the combine to the consumer.
