Registration Rates:
U.S. SSGA members: $1,500 (if registered and paid by Feb. 15, 2026)
U.S. non-SSGA members: $2,000 (if registered and paid by Feb. 15, 2026)

International food manufacturers and soy and grain buyers/traders may be eligible for a complimentary registration. Please enter your coupon code at registration or contact rsvp@usidentitypreserved.org for further information.

All registration rates include 3 nights (March 22, 23 and 24) of lodging in a standard room at the conference hotel. Additional hotel nights (March 20, 21, 25 and 26) can be added for $250 per night at the registrant’s expense. Please indicate each night you will need a room on the registration form. Event staff will make room reservations and send confirmation numbers by email.

Registrations received and paid between Feb. 16-March 15 increase to $1,750 for U.S. SSGA members and $2,250 for U.S. non-members. Registration will close March 15.
