Important Information:

International attendees using the complimentary lodging must use this form to guarantee a room. If they go outside of this system, we cannot guarantee complimentary payment of the room or reimbursement. Event attendees are welcome to request their own room or share with another event attendee.

Event hosts will pay for lodging for eligible international attendees on the nights of February 17, 18, 19 and 20. International attendees are welcome to extend their stay before or after these dates, but the extra nights must be paid by the attendee. The room rate of $289/night plus tax is available Feb. 16-22.

The rooms covered by event hosts have double queen beds. Incidentals, upgrades and other requests must be covered by the attendees.
