JR Kassian is the Grain Business and Export Manager at Genesis Seed Solutions LLC, based in Berthold, North Dakota, where he leads the company’s efforts in grain sourcing, distribution, and international exports. With over 28 years of experience in the agriculture and seed industry, JR grew up in the agriculture industry in central North Dakota and has developed a deep expertise in global trade, logistics, and supply chain management, working for companies like CHS, ADM and their affiliated regional ag cooperatives, managing the procurement and marketing of commodities for the coop and risk management and hedging for the producers.
Throughout his career, JR has worked with and for companies in the grain, food manufacturing, logistics and export shipping industries, as well as individual agricultural producers. He has built strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality grain products.
