Shinsuke Yamada is the President of Yamada Foods Co., Ltd., a Japan-based food manufacturing company specializing in traditional fermented soybean products, including natto, rooted in Japanese food culture and fermentation expertise. 

His work focuses on understanding consumer demand for fermented foods in Japan, approaches to food safety and traceability, and the role of identity preserved ingredients in retail products. He is also involved in exploring opportunities to expand the company's business beyond Japan. 

At the US IP Summit, Mr. Yamada will address trends in fermented foods and the development of frozen and freeze-dried natto for global markets.
